Hi, my name is Larry Hobson. I have been seriously online for the past 4 years. During this time, I have seen countless schemes all promising the world, but when one gets down to the nitty gritty – they are all worthless scams. One common element of these scams is the long, very good sales page which triggers all the emotions of wanting to make big money in a ridiculously short time!

Some scams are quite obvious. The higher the supposed amount you “can” make with a small investment. This is basically the key to spotting the scams, they all revolve around this fundamental factor appealing to the readers greed. Yes, unfortunately, greed is not a nice word, but it does drive a lot of us to want to make a lot of money quickly – if this wasn’t the case, you wouldn’t be searching for offers which promises these sort of fictitious riches.

But these bogus schemes just keep on coming and will continue to do so as long as there are “suckers” who want to make their fortune simply by being given the exact stocks to trade, entry and exit points and ALL being profitable!

However, there is an niche in trading which can work, but again, the risks are high like in all trading and keen money management disciple must be exercised. Trading in penny stocks, the terminology applies to stocks with a low value, usually under .50cents. When these stocks move, they only have to move by a few cents, but the percentage of return is significant. Of course the reverse applies, it the trade goes against you, you can lose a lot of your capital. But if you can find a solid program with gives very clear entry and exit points, coupled with stop loss points, money can be made. The principle being, you only need a small percentage of winning trades with high ROI (return on investment) to compensate with the losses which will be small because of stop loss order being in place.

I have been researching, buy and trying out systems for over 4 years. I have made money, I have lost money, but I am now making a very good return for my efforts. I have to say I have been thoroughly disappointed with most of the products that I have come across and on many occasions I was ready to quit. But I did preserve and luckily I did, because I did finally discover three programs that did deliver their promises and were quite effective in their own right. Penny Stock Prophet

This is the last product I tested and I am still trading with this program

The Penny Stock Prophet has been developed by an MIT Applied Mathematics graduate who has specialized in picking breakout stocks before there is movement in the market.

I was cautious in the beginning of testing this program from my past negative experiences with other programs. One factor I liked before I bought the program was it is offers a 60 day guarantee. This meant I was able to ‘paper’ trade the system until I was comfortable with the results. I then started to trade with real money – even though my capital was only a couple of thousand dollars.

I have made money on this program’s picks over the past 2 months. The ratio of winning trades to losing is 11 profitable, 7 losses and 3 break even. From my initial investment of $2,000 my capital is now $5,640, that is a return of 182% ROI.

Each day the system analyzes market data on a worldwide basis. It uses 4 key variables which lead to identifying bullish trading patterns within the market. Once a selection has been made, an email is sent with this information so you can trade effectively with an entry and exit points.

On the down side, I find that on many occasions it is difficult to get into the market at the recommended price as the movement has already occurred. Therefore it is extremely important to have patience and wait for another trade. I personally found this part hard to manage my discipline.

Key factors for this system to work is patience to buy at the recommended price. Secondly, paper trade for several weeks – or as long as it is necessary for you to feel comfortable with the system. Paper trading is where you monitor and record all trades recommended to “prove” the system and gain confidence before you commit real money. This is a critical part of learning how to trade profitably.

Best Penny Alert

This is the second product I tested.

The Best Penny Alert is a newsletter service which picks stocks that are about to move in price. This information comes to you in an email. Within the email, you get all the fundamental information and technical price details so as you can understand exactly what you are about to trade.

The recommendation that the service provides is easily understood. It gives you exact buy, sell and stop loss points. It means you are trading a mechanical system as it takes out all the guesswork. I like mechanical systems as they take out the emotional part of trading. Fear and greed are a traders worst enemy.

You receive 2 – 3 stock recommendation weekly that have the highest probability of achieving a profit. What I like most about this service is that you receive the emailed information of the picks 2 – 3 hours before market opens, giving you plenty of time to research the data provided.

My only negative comment on this product is the limited number of picks. I personally like a little more action. However, I have been quite impressed with the limited number of trades as several have given me 2 to 3 digit profit returns.

Best Penny Alert is a program that will deliver if when you follow the instructions. As mentioned above, I would have liked a bit more ‘action’.

2 StockTrading Review

The 2 StockTrading or Secrets of Successful Trader is a basic e-book. The developer of the program is Anthony Green and makes the claim on the sales page of how to turn $2,000 into $1.7 million dollars in roughly 1.9 years trading stocks. When I read this I was very skeptical. However, I did buy the e-book and started to read it.

It is a simple and effective e-book. Each concept is explained in easy to understand sections. The contents are well written and powerful. Another feature is it doesn’t rely on technical analysis. Personally I was pleased about that as previously I have studied technical analysis spending countless hours for no return.

Another positive feature is you don’t need a great deal of money to start. For example, you can start with $1,000. There are only 5 simple steps to follow which are well documented and accompanied with examples of pictures and graphs. There is no software involved, or expensive monthly subscriptions, all the information is in the e-book.

Anthony also makes the offer that if you are not satisfied and made money in 56 days, he will not only make a 100% refund but will also give you $200 from his own pocket for wasting your time!

I found the instructions easy to follow. I traded used this system for 3 months and overall I found it a satisfactory and profitable experience.

However, the results I achieved indicated that I would not reach the $1.7 million in 1.9 years. But a profit is a profit! What I was looking for was a more mechanical system that took the emotional aspect away so I continued my research.
